SB 1030 failed passage at the Assembly Judiciary Hearing
that was held on Tuesday, June 17, 2003, but is up
for reconsideration and will be heard sometime soon. For more information, you may contact Senator Roy Ashburn's
Office, directly.

Both, SB-1030 & AB-252 are still alive. They have both been held over until this
next session.
AB-252 was actually put in the
"INACTIVE" File.
Whatever!!!
SO, basically, we've been put off for another year, but it's ok, because
WE'RE NOT GIVING UP!!!
It's on!!!

A GREAT BIG GIANT THANK-YOU to Taron James, President of Veterans Fighting Paternity Fraud & Raegan Phillips for
all of their donations to CA-CAPF, including a computer (which they drove over 10 hours to bring and set up for
me and then did a quick turn~around to get back to work again!!!), a printer, printer paper, video's, cd's, and so much more.
Also, for holding get togethers for
California Paternity FRAUD Victims!!!
Taron & Raegan have had a few
B-B-Q's over the summer. I've been told that everyone that attended had a great time! Hopefully,
more PFV's will attend upcoming events. Remember, this is your chance to meet others going through the same injustice!

There are two new Paternity Fraud Groups that are being formed in California!!!
One is for Grandparents, and one is for Children!!!
